Do you just want to rent the Studio for your project ? Bring your own engineer or producer? Use your own PC or Hard Drives? Ok, cool. We are happy to accommodate and always price this on a per project basis. In general, it always depends on length of the project. Contact us for more details.

We operate on 3 principles. The artists we work with can attest to our dedication to these principles and our work ethic.

Booking
Policies
The Maelstrom is not open to the public. We do tours for prospective artists or producers by appointment only. We work in a very private and relaxed environment so artist can focus on production and workflow and we can focus on the artist
All bookings require a 50% down payment to hold the dates. The remainder of the payment is due upon arrival to the studio.
Cancellations or reschedules require 72 hours advanced notice. Reschedules are subject to availability. No shows forfeit their deposit.
Use of the studio includes an engineer along with use of all equipment and instruments. Artist, producers, or their guest are responsible for any damages. They are responsible for the repair and or replacement of any damaged gear.
Hours are flexible as long as planned in advance.
