Who is The Maelstrom studio?
The Maelstrom is a solar powered music recording and production studio located in the Gainesville, GA area. The studio is very private and offers a great spot to focus on production in a relaxing environment. In general, we can assist with tracking, mixing, mastering, reamping, editing, and music production. The studio is available for recording sessions with our engineers and producers or available to rent with or without engineering assistance. The Maelstrom is well equipped with some of the best hardware and software on the market today. The Maelstrom has 1 main control room and multiple live and isolation rooms. This setup allows for us to do full band production and tracking if desired. We utilize an assortment of analog and digital equipment to capture the best possible sounds of both worlds. We have a large assortment of preamps, channel strips, and microphones. We have the ability to do analog and digital summing. We also offer a variety of high end and boutique guitars, amps, drums, and other instruments for use while in the studio. Check out The Studio page for a complete rundown.
In addition to the studio, there is peaceful outdoor space and artist chill area. We have onsite and offsite accommodations available as well. Please contact us for more details.
